This international course shows you how to plan & design meetings to be more focused & shorter. This also results in the release of productive time for other work. You will learn how to conduct and lead meetings in new ways, including using listening & communication skills.

 

You will be able to recognise the potential impact of 20 typical ‘Meeting Characters’ and know how to handle them to keep your meetings on track.

FORMAT

Hands-On Instructor-Led Sessions:  Workshops of 1 x full day or 2 x half day delivered online or at client's premises.  

Languages: We can deliver in English, French, German and Dutch.  Real-time transcription & materials are available in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese using Microsoft TEAMS.

Follow-up Group Review and Coaching: 60 minutes Online 

Class Size: Maximum 20 people per class

Tailoring: Training objectives are agreed in advance

Post-Training Survey on the impact of WorkingSmart:  Results are used to assess behaviour change and improvement
